oku reads your Anki collection, then writes a short daily passage out of the words you already know, built around a handful of flashcards that are due today.

Your vocabulary
Export a .colpkg or .apkg from Anki and open it. Any app that can export an Anki deck works the same way. oku figures out which field holds your target-language words on its own: across notetypes, cloze deletions, and decks that pack several forms into one field.
Every word arrives carrying the state Anki gave it, so a word you have reviewed many times is treated differently from one you were introduced to yesterday.

What it writes
A couple of hundred words of actual story, built out of the vocabulary you already have, with today's due words worked in. Pick a language at the top of the page, and tap any word you don't know.

Lookup
Every passage is built to be readable start to finish. When one word still blocks you, tap it. oku gives the dictionary form, what the endings are actually doing, and one example sentence. Then you're back in the paragraph.
In Turkish that matters: derinliklerinde is one root under three endings, and no dictionary will hand you that.
Before you generate
Set a topic, or let oku draw one from the subjects you said you like. Pick a grammar structure and the next passage leans on it: the Turkish reported past, the Spanish subjunctive, German Konjunktiv II. Ask for a story or an article.
None of this is a preference you set once and forget. It's the card you see every time, right before you tap generate.

Three questions
At the end of the passage oku asks three questions about what happened, not about vocabulary. Answer them and the words you met count toward your day.
Underneath sits the card for tomorrow's: the words that came due, the grammar you're working on, the topic. Change any of it, or tap Generate next and read again.
